Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of cs2.casino (“cs2.casino”, “we”, “us”). They apply whenever you use cs2.casino. By creating an account or placing a bet you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML & KYC Policy and Responsible Gaming page. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
1. Who can play
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- Online gambling must be legal where you are. Checking your local law is up to you. We may block countries where we can’t offer the service, and getting around a block with a VPN or similar tool isn’t allowed.
- One account per person. You play for yourself, with your own money and items, never on someone else’s behalf.
- You can’t play while self-excluded from cs2.casino, or if a court, regulator or your own commitment bars you from gambling.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Steam or with an email code. Keep both secure; anything done from your account counts as done by you.
- The details you give us must be true and kept up to date. You need a verified email address to withdraw.
- If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us straight away at [email protected].
3. Coins
Balances are held in coins, and one coin is worth one US dollar for deposits and withdrawals. Coins are not a bank deposit or e-money, earn no interest, and can’t be passed to other players except by playing a game against them.
4. Deposits
- Crypto. Send only the currency and network shown with your deposit address. Coins are credited after the network confirmations shown in the wallet. Funds sent on the wrong network or below the minimum may be lost.
- Skins. When skin deposits are on, you can trade CS2 items from your Steam inventory to our trading partner for coins at the price quoted when you confirm. Coins are credited once Steam’s trade hold and trade protection end. If a trade is reversed, or the items turn out to be stolen or obtained by fraud, we may take back the coins and any winnings made with them.
- Only deposit money and items that belong to you and come from a legitimate source.
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are paid in crypto to the address you enter. Check it carefully: blockchain transactions can’t be reversed, and we aren’t responsible for a payout sent to the address you gave us.
- Deposits must be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn. Your wallet shows how much is left to wager.
- Minimums, fees and supported currencies are shown in the wallet. Small withdrawals usually go out automatically; larger or unusual ones are reviewed by hand first.
- We may ask you to verify your identity, address or source of funds before paying out (see the AML & KYC Policy) and hold a withdrawal until the checks are done.
6. Games and fairness
- Every game has a house edge, shown on the game. Over time the house wins.
- Results come from our provably fair system, and you can check any of them on the Provably Fair page. The recorded result of a bet is final.
- Each game has a minimum and maximum bet and a maximum payout per bet. A win above the maximum payout is paid at the maximum.
- If a game malfunctions or a bet is settled wrongly because of an error, the bets affected may be voided or corrected.
- Auto-bet is allowed only through the site’s own controls; bots, scripts and other automation aren’t.
7. Rakeback, VIP and rewards
Rakeback, VIP levels and other rewards follow the rules on the Rakeback & VIP page. We may change or end a reward for future play at any time. Rewards gained by breaking these terms can be taken back.
8. What you must not do
- Open or use more than one account, or share an account with anyone.
- Collude with other players, or play to move value from one account to another.
- Exploit bugs, errors or loopholes. If you find one, report it to us.
- Use the site for money laundering or fraud, or with stolen funds or items.
- Reverse a deposit or trade, or interfere with the site or other players.
If you do, we may void the bets involved, withhold winnings gained that way, suspend or close your account, and report it where the law requires.
9. Responsible gaming and self-exclusion
You can set limits on deposits, losses, wagers, stakes and playing time, and take a break of an hour up to five years or for good, under Limits & breaks, or by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. A break starts straight away and can’t be shortened or lifted early. After a self-exclusion of more than six weeks your account stays closed until you ask to reopen it, and betting comes back 24 hours after you ask. See Responsible Gaming for every tool and where to get help.
10. Closing an account
You can close your account at any time by contacting us, after withdrawing your balance under the rules above. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if the law or our licence requires it, or if we stop offering the service. If the account is in good standing, you can still withdraw what is left.
11. The service
- We aim to keep cs2.casino running but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause games or the whole site for maintenance; your balance is unaffected.
- cs2.casino is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.
- The site, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play.
12. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss caused by events outside our control (network outages, blockchain congestion, Steam downtime), or for loss caused by you breaking these terms. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. We’ll announce material changes on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
14. Complaints and governing law
If something goes wrong, email [email protected] with your account name and the bet or transaction involved. We aim to reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered, and its courts decide any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be waived.
