  • Deposit, loss and wager limits per day, week and month.
  • A max bet, the most a single bet can stake.
  • Time limits per day, week and month, counted from your first bet of a stretch to a minute after your last.
  • A session limit: after a set time of play, a pause of your choosing before the next bet.
  • Quiet hours: the hours of the week you don’t want to bet, in your own time zone.
  • Reality checks: a reminder every so often of how long you’ve played and what you’ve staked and won or lost.
  • Blocking single games, or whole groups such as slots or PvP.
  • A self-check: nine questions to see how your play is going. Your answers never leave the page.

Breaks and self-exclusion

You can take a break of an hour up to five years, to a date of your choosing, or for good. It starts at once, stops betting, deposits and tips, and can only be made longer, never shorter. You can still sign in, see your history and withdraw your balance.

A break of up to six weeks is a time-out and ends on its own. A longer one is a self-exclusion: when it ends, your account stays closed until you ask to reopen it, and betting comes back 24 hours after you ask. A break for good can’t be reopened.
