Getting started
Who can play?
Adults aged 18 or over (or the legal age where you live, if higher), in places where online gambling is legal.
How do I sign in?
With your Steam account, or with a one-time code sent to your email. If you sign in with Steam, add an email on your account page before your first withdrawal.
What are coins?
Your balance is kept in coins, and 1 coin is worth 1 US dollar. Deposits are credited in coins and withdrawals paid out at the same rate.
Deposits and withdrawals
How do I deposit?
Open the Wallet from the header, pick a cryptocurrency and send it to the address shown, on the network shown. Coins are credited after the confirmations listed there. With skin deposits on, you can also trade CS2 items from your Steam inventory for coins.
Why can’t I withdraw yet?
Deposits must be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn; the wallet shows how much is left. You also need a verified email address, because every withdrawal is confirmed with a code sent to it.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Smaller withdrawals go out automatically, usually within minutes, plus the time the network needs to confirm. Larger ones are checked by a person first, and we may ask you to verify your account (see the AML & KYC Policy).
Why haven’t the coins for my skins arrived?
Steam puts traded items on hold and keeps trades reversible for a while. Coins are credited once that period ends.
I sent crypto on the wrong network or to an old address.
Email [email protected] with the transaction ID. We’ll try to help, but funds sent on the wrong network can’t always be recovered.
Games and fairness
How do I know the games are fair?
Every result can be recomputed from public inputs: seeds you can see and change for solo games, and a published seed chain plus a public drand beacon for Crash and Roulette. The Provably Fair page explains each game and checks any bet in your browser.
What is the house edge?
Each game shows its edge and its bet limits. Over time the house wins, so only play with what you can afford to lose.
Can I change my client seed?
Yes. Rotate your seed pair on the Provably Fair page; the old server seed is then revealed so you can check every bet made with it.
Can I skip a nonce without betting?
Yes, with a zero bet: set the amount to 0 in Dice, Plinko, Keno, Mines, Beef, Blackjack or Video Poker. The round plays out on your next nonce and shows in your bet history, but nothing is staked or paid, and it doesn’t count toward rakeback, wagering, VIP levels or leaderboards. Zero bets are off while you’re on a break.
Rewards
How does rakeback work?
Part of the house edge on every bet comes back to you, split into instant, daily, weekly and monthly rewards you claim from the rewards menu. The rate rises with your VIP level. Details are on Rakeback & VIP.
Safety
How do I take a break or close my account?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and say for how long. We act on it immediately and don’t reopen early. More on the Responsible Gaming page.
